Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from TC SPORTLINE in advance and must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the product. In order to assist us in filing a claim or requesting a return, the following information will be needed: (1) Provide pictures demonstrate the article(s) is in brand new, pristine conditions. (2) In case of damage claim, you must provide us pictures of showing the damages to the item and possible damages to the packaging. Once we have determined the article(s) is eligible for exchange/return, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number [RMA#]. All returned item must have RMA# on them or they will not be accepted nor cannot be processed by our remote warehouse personnel. Return items must be carefully packaged to prevent damages during transit. (If item was damaged during the return or in different state as shown in the pictures sent to us, neither refund nor exchange will be allow.) TC SPORTLINE reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request for item that has been modified, used or with unspecified damages. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, TC SPORTLINE shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If TC SPORTLINE does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. All returned products to TC SPORTLINE are subject to 15% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to TC SPORTLINE. Special Order Items are not returnable.
